Creator of The Tea with a Passion brand, Dawn Monique envisioned a way to not only help empower women but also promote them. With over 14 years of corporate industry knowledge, Dawn Monique also brings along her humanitarian expertise. Her love for helping others grew largely due to her participation in her early years with the Mount Kisco Boys and Girls club Keystone Domestic Violence workshops and a outreach abroad in Costa Rica for underprivileged children as well.
Dawn Monique believes that all women should know how beautiful they are inside and out. She feels it is her duty to provide women with the tools and opportunities that will empower them and take them to their highest potential. She wants every woman to embrace the fact that they can be successful in both their business and personal lives.

Caitlyn Marie is a talented Artist who uses her "artistic eye" within everything she does. This rare talent has helped her become a true fashion & beauty Innovator. Her love of people and positive attitude by nature instinctively drew her to the TWP brand. With a determination for bring forth the newest, up and coming beauty trends, she makes sure to give alternatives to fit everyone's particular budget.
Caitlyn Marie knew she loved helping women feel and look their best while in the Beauty Supervisor position at Kohl's department store. There she grew their sales and promotions through her amazing beauty events. Now she takes that same enthusiasm and focuses it in the TWP initiative to make women realize their beauty from the inside out.

Brittany Jade brings a special flavor to TWP. Always enthusiastic about the entertainment business, she has a passion for acting and has been featured in a couple TV dramas and music videos. As much as she loves the limelight of the industry she realized, while finishing her degree in Business Administrative Management and Marketing, she really enjoys the build up to the limelight. She shines at the promotion, marketing and planning aspect of things.
